Bob Shepard, Executive Director:
Rev. Bob Shepard has been an ordained
Presbyterian minister since 1980. He came to the Wenatchee Valley with
his wife ,
Laura,
and their two sons, A. J. and Matt, in 1990. Bob was the senior pastor
of the Wenatchee First Presbyterian Church for eleven years before
accepting the call as Executive Director of
Serve Wenatchee Valley.
He is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary.

the responsibility of being
Serve
Wenatchee Valley

April Moore, Office Manager:
On September 6, 2005, a new face
joined Serve Wenatchee Valley...April Moore. April was born and
raised in Wenatchee, also living in Virginia and California, before
moving back to Wenatchee. April and her husband, Michael, have
three boys, Gavin, Phillip and Matthew, and are so happy to be back
here close to family.
We are delighted that God has
led us to find April as our new office manager. She is a delightful
Christian woman, with exceptional people skills. She has a deep
love of the Lord, and desires to be used to serve people throughout
our valley. |

Kathy Ochs, Clearinghouse Coordinator
On May 1, 2003, Serve Wenatchee
Valley added a new face to our ministry ... Kathy Ochs. Kathy is a
native of Wenatchee, and brings years of community service experience
to this ministry. Kathy and her husband, Orv, have been married for
32 years and have two daughters and four grandchildren. Kathy tells
us that while her service to the community is a joy ... her greatest
passion and delight is her family.
As the Clearinghouse Coordinator, she
will provide much needed support to the volunteers in this ministry.
Kathy's excitement about service goes back as far as she can remember
... all centered around home, work and community.
She says, "I've always enjoyed
helping and sharing with others. This opportunity is God sent."
Never in all her job positions was she able to worship, serve, and
witness God's handy-work on a daily basis. "I look forward to each
day as God works through Serve Wenatchee Valley." Partnering with
pastors and churches, working together to serve the whole valley ...
demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ. |
